My opinion about iced coffee and interviews is that it's bad manners because it feels too casual. Like wearing jeans to a fancier wedding or sitting in the pews and munching on cheetos during the vows. It's a sign of respect for the situation. It's not a huge deal, just why it's a faux pas.
