look, i think there is some truth to the idea that you can't run the exact same kind of candidate in NY as you would in Iowa, but i feel like a baseline should be "you should run as a democrat who opposes the things that republicans like".

My parking study examines two parking behaviors. 1. People who back in to their own driveway, on a cul-de-sac, as if expecting to have to flee an Earth-annihilating asteroid. 2. People who never back into a space even at a 60K seat stadium. Note: You came to the concert with those people.

Often you’ll be walking in rural Britain & some ponies will be like “Follow us, we'll lead you to the castle where the wizard lives & life is perfect!” My advice, from experience, is ignore them. Ponies are known liars who will make up any old shit to briefly relieve the vast boredom of their lives.
Two ponies lead me up a fern-flanked path on Dartmoor, while trying to make it seem all exciting and mysterious, when really all there is at the end of it is a branch of Screwfix.

IMO interesting less for its (likely to fail) challenge of CBP's authority but because it hinges on a statute barring destruction of "property" to prevent it being seized by the government. Wiping leaves the phone itself intact, so can the data alone be considered "property" under the law?
