Honestly I'd like to add you shouldn't even be following INDUSTRY standards unless you're IN the industry with a deadline that requires it. Nor pushing yourself to go above & beyond it. Set yourself w/ guidelines that suit you and account for REST, injury, holiday, and family/friends.

It totally has! I haven't played around with them much myself but I suggest a thicker paper (because the pens like eating the paper once you start layering them) and having a protective layer on what you're working on (didn't do that for one sketchbook page and the pen juice seeped in 3 pages deep)
