I knew we had some email exchanges, but I did not realize how much they admitted to (but they continued to do it). Also the therapy record is a MESS. I have been unable to look at it much until now because it is re-traumatizing, but I am filing a complaint. I have to try to protect others.

I have spent today sorting through email communications, the therapy record, and the previous provider's notes for continuity of care ... this is a mess. No wonder 2024 fucked me up so bad. I have a long list of harms including organ damage that directly traces to what this provider did. Fuck them.

I also may have let HHS Medicaid & Wellmark Fraud Units know about this provider because there is no SOL on clawbacks and audits when a provider misrepresents competency to continue receiving payments for services they cannot ethically or legally provide.

The SOAP notes are a hot mess. The "objective" portion is uh .... not objective. Mind reading, biased language, even angry and hateful insults. Copying-pasting. The board probably won't do shit, but this prick has to read what they did. They deserve to face it.

Wow, my therapist admitted to every abuse IN WRITING: calling other clients fakers/attention-seekers during MY therapy time, verbal abuse about my body, calling me a liar about a rape & saying I wanted it, lying about their competency & training. They specialize in body image and trauma-yikes.

Update: I think I am ~$500ish toward hearing aids (cannot get my grant again or voc rehab) after picking up meds. Need to raise the $400 for insurance as well. My hypnotist got another felony charge last week: this time it has no statute of limitations. I am reaching out to police again

I think they will discuss release on October 16th. I am not sure if I can attend that one or listen to audio. I will find out. I know we cannot make statements because the judge (who I really like btw) said they do not take that into consideration for pretrial release questions.

Well the hypnotist pled not guilty and they are revisiting release ugh. This one I could attend because no testimony, just arraignment. Nothing that would cause any issues for my testimony or anything. As per usual nobody close to me checked in.
