Whey powder has a much better balance of amino acids than pea protein on its own. Pea protein will—technically—supply you with a 'complete range' of amino acids, but is way too low in methionine, so ideally would be combined with grain protein, to compensate for that (on the rice and dal principle).

Her parents Boris Preigher and Hilda Neumann had fled Hranice, Czechoslovakia for France, where children, Serge,11 and Monique,6 were born. The lived in Paris. Hilda and the children were arrested in Hiis, a village in the Hautes-Pyrénées, near the Spanish border. Boris’ fate remains unknown.
