On my end I’m noticing very few entry level AE jobs. I already work at a GA so I might move to a city and work at a commercial airport servicing job while looking for engineering work. Maybe I could get an A&P certificate. Avionics are cool.

Honestly it seems like every American wants to believe that they can return to pre-2016 arrangements, while not understanding that after Trump 2.0 other countries will definitely be leery of that. These countries also know that they can put conditions on any effort to just turn back the clock.

But there hasn't been large-scale blackouts or brownouts due to energy shortages. So far no trucking operations coming to a halt because there isn't enough fuel. Lots of people still say the 70s oil crisis was worse. I disagree with them and think we're barreling past that, but we haven't yet.
