In September of 2018, 10% of adults had never heard of Mike Pence. 41% couldn't name him as the vice president in June of 2018. But voter ignorance is the fault of politicians. It is a constant in democracies and must be dealt with. A responsible party finds and speaks to people where they are.

One male juror candidate told the judge that because it was not a criminal matter, he could be fair.
"I believe that in a criminal trial I would feel morally-obligated to convict, however, in a civil trial l could set those views aside," the man said, adding, "I believe it would be to the benefit of the human race for Mr. Musk to be sent to prison."
The stakes are lower in a civil case, the man said.
"I don't believe the loss of several hundreds of millions of dollars in civil trial will be even a drop in the bucket to his wealth," he said. "So it doesn't really matter."

Unfortunately, the article significantly downplays the primary motivation for far-right women: religious delusion. It's unhelpful to paper this fact over, or to pretend that MAGA women are just contrarians. No, they are in religious cults that demand their subjugation and that of all other women.

Fascism is aesthetics before it is anything else. That essence is inexplicable to people who do not have a primarily intuitive orientation. To defeat it, opponents must champion intuition in art, mutual aid, sexuality, & cooperation. A politics of loving strength is the only peaceful way to win.
