The more I play Deadlock the more I understand what items are good, how to play lane and how to play the map. Itemization feels really important and when I itemize somewhat properly I feel like I pop off. This game is so much fun.

I feel like I'm going crazy because Deadlock is the first game that makes me want to play DPS. I usually like to tank, support or secondary carry but Deadlock just plays right, and I feel like I can do my job as a DPS and be useful

I don't wanna be all "To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to play Deadlock," but like... None of that crowd has the patience or attention span to play a MOBA, even one as accessible as Deadlock, and there's nothing to passively consume via a wiki or shitty video essays.

Deadlock is awesome because it's not a game you can just larp with by reading a wiki and reposting the same unfunny memes over and over. Playing the game is actually the most central part to people's enjoyment of it which repulses like 90% of insufferable redditor types.
