It's crazy how different the word "grinding" is from one's 20's to... Now (late 30's and beyond). In my 20's, grinding was hawt in that it increased interpersonal/sexual tension. Today, grinding is the feeling between my bones that's hot, in that it creates inflammation.

I know IV lounges are a thing. I know I am a dehydrated noodle. I don't need the vitamin nonsense... but has it really come to this? Is this what it takes to hydrate because I can't get myself to drink water? Why is this not free? I am dehydrated and have terrible ADHD water consumption issues!
