It's not cheap (£6-£8) but the date on it is long and you can keep it in the house just in case, there's no 'once opened use by' and it'll take you a good while to get through one even at 4 times a day of use. It works against other viruses too so it can help stop/reduce the severity of Covid.

Yep. I have the same with the audio output from microphone headsets. Totally overwhelming! Not all autistic people have auditory sensitivities and vice versa but you would be welcomed extremely warmly into the fold!

There a re a lot of people being snarky about the proposal to find people for playing music out loud on public transport. I would gently suggest the snarky people spend half an hour as an autistic person on a rush hour train.

I can do backstroke without drowning. I came 8th (last) in my school swimming gala because I got tangled up in the ropes #proud. But also I have a violent aversion to sharing water with other people's bodily fluids so I've not had much practice.
