One is accused of direct contact with a foreign agent, while the other is charged with assisting that contact.</p> <p data-end="712" data-start="539">Authorities said the pair told investigators they initially cut ties with Iranian handlers after refusing weapons-related tasks, but later attempted to re-establish contact.</p> </div> </div> </article>
