I'm jumping into an already started mission based west marches campaign. 35 kids age 10-13 playing. Sessions are about two hours, I'm running 2-3 times a week. I wake up to choose chaos. But we rarely trust our players to have done so, because we include a lot of the same content in the on-site briefings and workshops. 170

During Gothic I definitely levelled up my Organiser class a few times. The most important concept was that we needed to design for our own sanity. The key was planning. (1/11) 160
