the thing about getting blown up 0-5 on stream vs a slayer is that nothing else can hurt you at that point. i closed xrd and immediately texted a girl i wanted to ask out because the outcome couldn't be THAT bad comparatively. and it wasn't! (she said no)

Experimental post: The Duality of Whacka In the Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Whacka can finally be fought, and has a suspiciously specific 108 HP. The game both offers a ridiculously simplistic explanation for this as well as a complex one steeped in Dharmic symbolism.
