Those kids are in a school where they are taught to obey authority. They are taught that at home as well. So for the teacher to blame them for not defying authority goes against what they learn every day, obedience and conformity. If anything, this story is an indictment of that teacher and school.

A mobile ultrasound van used to park near my work. It looked Very Medical, but there was no doc or nurse on hand. I talked to someone at Planned Parenthood @ppfa.org who said they see people who got their ultrasound, were lied to about their dates, and it basically made abortion care hard to get.

I wonder what the ratio is, but many (most?) trans people's names are legal names. Court ordered. The same way cis people's are. Deadnaming is just you saying you're a genitally-obsessed bigot with your full chest.

A few years ago I was just outside the park when this fox kit decided to practice mousing in some short grass. This is not the environment for him to be hunting but he tried anyway. Looks like the rents were still supplementing him, his weight was good. He put on a great show.
