Using the highest angular resolution available with ALMA at a wavelength of about 0.9 millimeters, astronomers revealed previously hidden structures in several of these small disks. My sister in law came up to the cabin this week to see the fall colors. The weather was mostly cold and windy until today so she was able to get the money shot early this morning when the lake was as smooth as glass.
