My sister in law came up to the cabin this week to see the fall colors. The weather was mostly cold and windy until today so she was able to get the money shot early this morning when the lake was as smooth as glass.

The tree line from across the lake with the leaves in full color and reflection on the still water in mirror image.

Spotted at a gas station in far northern Wisconsin, a place where we used to see Trump signs at every other yard and displaying a Harris sign would elicit everything fron angry stares to verbal confrontation.

A gas station pump with the price for regular gas at $4.50 per gallon and a sticker depicting a picture of Trump, pointing at the prices with a caption saying “I did that”.

#SilentSunday #TheNorthWoods #photography Truth be told, I took this photo yesterday morning when I woke up. While making coffee I noticed that the lake was dead still with the sunrise lighting up the island across the way while dark clouds looked in the west.

The island's trees are mirrored perfectly in the still water of the lake. It reminds me of a Bob Ross painting.
