I've been learning to draw with vectors from my own sketches, and ... lads! I updated my YouTube banner with a logo I designed and made - so happy with it! I wanted to have the wonkiness of being hand drawn with the smoothness of vector, and I think I pretty much nailed it! (no ai)

Looked up rice pudding recipes (forgetting I had one already) and they all say to add cream or condensed milk as well as milk. Bollocks. Here’s all you need.

Rice Pudding Ingredients: 15g unsalted butter, 100g pudding rice (i’m using sushi rice cause that’s what I have), 25g caster sugar, 1tsp nutmeg, 700ml whole milk. Method: preheat oven to gas 3/ 106c/ 140c fan. grease a 1.5 litre shallow oven proof dish with butter, ensuring it fully coats base and sides. Add the rice, sugar, nutmeg & lightly mix. Add milk and stir to combine. Bake for 2 hours, checking after 1h 45 mins, or until rice cooked and top is golden. It says serve hot, but it’s not the boss of you.
