I love seeing how AI is falling out of public favour. A local group did a poll asking people if business that use AI are a turnoff to supporting the business and a whopping 81% said it directly impacts their trust and opinion of the business negatively.

I've owned a Sony mirrorless cam for a while but I don't find it as fun to shoot with as the Nikon DSLRs I've used in the past. So I bought a Nikcon D3400 and 7 lenses on a recent SF trip, and have been doing some of the most fun shooting I've done in years with it.

one of the realizations I slowly been having, and yesterday solidified it. Spent a lot of '25 organizing to protect against ICE. Know your rights trainings, knowing what a warrant looks like, etc. All for naught, because they're not following the law. Makes our peaceful resistance non applicable
