This comes up almost weekly now but I want to make it clear that I really do believe all bodies are beautiful. I obviously put a lot of thought into my diet and exercise, but these are for my own personal goals/aesthetics/health. I would never judge another person's journey, or put value on it.

there was a shooting in Seattle and I'm definitely feeling it, I knew a handful of people who were there, including my intern. Didn't want to go into work today, don't even want to go to the gym. Just feeling meh. They just caught one of the shooters and he was 15 years old wtf!!!!
