Previously, Flash, Dale, & Pebbles landed in the Amazon to find that it had become a frozen wasteland. Flash and Pebbles find themselves prisoners of the indigenous inhabitants while Dale has been taken by the white, cold-blooded aliens who are responsible for what happened to the Amazon (although it's later revealed that they previously lived on Earth when it was covered in snow and ice, but relocated to Pluto.) The indigenous inhabitants are planning to sacrifice Flash and Pebbles in hopes that the "Sun-God" will restore their jungle, but in the final panel, the prisoners make a break for it.

Nemo & Flip climb up and encounter the giant, who turns out to be terrified of them. Flip orders the giant to carry them to the princess, and he does carry Flip on his shoulder, but Nemo runs along beside them. They meet up with the Princess in her carriage and Flip orders him to pick it up so he can say hello. In the second to last panel, giant is holding them up in the carriage in one hand while the horses leading it are dangling over the side by their reins. It ends as usual with Nemo waking up in his bed.
