When I finally got enough syrupy apples to get Dipplin, delighted. Evolved, then realised oh fuck I'll need 20 more to have a Living Dex, and hundreds more candy to evolve again, it felt like a bit of a fuck you. I'm playing a fair bit and those are some pretty high looking, offputting barriers.

To add - even before the warm up on stage, having a DJ in the holding area all adds to the feel of it's a show, it's a night out, the energy. Not just that there's music, he's in the room. You've already been pre-warmed up before the warmup into the tone. (Yes £££ helps to have a studio as a bar)

Go to Amsterdam to see the trade show booth you designed for work, they said They didn't say anything about being outclassed in every way when you walk past the absolute legends that are VLC

VLC's booth is a retro mock-up of a bedroom with old school PC, Gameboy, UFO poster and a man poses in a traffic cone hat, cape, with VLC gold jewellery on his fingers. It fucking rocks.
