I will move the correct thing out of my way to search in the chosen parameters (unless I luckily snap out of it and scan an individual area with no parameters). Now take that same brain and put it in a professional setting where it has to do complicated thinking all day 😵‍💫 Anyone else do this?

It might be an ADHD thing, but I go on autopilot when searching for something. My brain can't focus on everything so it just decides on search parameters and only notices those things. If my brain decides my cup was blue or squared, It won't even see a red or rounded cup.

In Scotland, there are scores of voice actors just hanging out like at docks, outside hardware stores, along walls, etc. when a game studio needs to record dwarf dialogue they pull up in a van and the first guys to get in get the job.

Just curious, what are you averse to? You can disable remote access so you have to be locally connected to the console for management. I've installed multiple systems (gateway, cameras, AP's, switching, door controllers+ badge readers), and they are rock solid imo. Fast, reliable, inexpensive.

The first one! I solved every issue I had by scavenging dead soldiers and then slowly trodding for 10 minutes, over-encumbered, with my mouse laying on the left thumb stick of my controller. Got to the nearest town, sold everything I didn't need, then I trained sword and the rest is history.

It took me FOUR tries to get into Kingdom Come but being home sick with time to veg got me to spin it up and take another crack at, except this time it stuck. Like, I had to get over the fact that at the beginning you really just are a peasant with no combat skills. Once I got going it got fun.

Maybe not what you're looking for but I've always gotten wallpapers from wallhaven because you can specify by resolution and if you turn it on sfw mode it filters out all the anime girl wallpapers so you could theoretically browse in an office

Crucially, the GLOVE has limitations, chief among them that for the device to work effectively and deliver its restraining pain shock, it must come into contact with the subject's bare skin. According to Compliant Technologies, the gloves won't work through dry clothing or thick hair. The gloves will work, however, if the subject is wearing thin, wet clothing, such as soaked T-shirts or blouses. The GLOVE also does not like being dunked in water and will likely be rendered inoperable if this happens.

Merv 13+ rated HVAC filters can filter out pm2.5 particles so it would help with the smog and exhaust. But it doesn't do gasses unless it's active carbon. I've been researching air quality stuff a ton recently. I want to fully filter all the air my HVAC sucks in but it can get stupid expensive.

I'm moving next weekend and one of the first things I plan on doing when settled is building a few Corsi-Rosenthal boxes to have on hand in case of wildfire smoke. They aren't pretty but save a ton of money and can be deployed strategically when the air quality takes a dump due to wildfire smoke.
