Just came back from seeing 'Blue Heron', so disappointing. The film is lacking in pace, plot and believability. If you like Manoel de Oliveira's films, you'll love it! I'm sorry @peterbradshaw1.bsky.social I cannot see how this was sombre or sophisticated, just a hard slog.
