I struggle to imagine, at this particular moment in time, how anybody would want to make our climate issues worse than they are. How many preventable deaths will it take for our politicians to carry out their primary purpose, the safety and security of the people. A fundamentally illogical failure.

My new heat hack - freeze a 1l bottle of water over night and then as you work, put that in front of an electric fan as you work. You’ll get a nice cool breeze and also icy water as you drink. Hope you’re all surviving out there!

Yet another cost to the local economy by a failed Reform councillor. Each time they realise “oh this job isn’t for me, I didn’t think it would be hard” etc they cost at least £20k to the local authority having to run another election to replace them. Time wasting money wasting Reform idiots.

So during my #traintravels this week, I was obviously meant to write a bunch and read even more articles… but instead I finished reading Frederik Backman’s My Friends. Such a gorgeous novel with all kinds of delicious quotes about making art & friendships. Highly recommend!
