Garrett Langley skipped a Senate hearing about Flock’s AI surveillence days after his company was named in a misdemeanor case involving five Indianapolis police officers.

The case, filed Tuesday, argues that Texas’ near-total abortion ban violates the state and U.S. Constitutions, which “prohibit state actors from killing their citizens.”
