Keith Haring died of AIDS aged 31 on 16 Feb 1990. One of his last works, Unfinished Painting, was deliberately incomplete, reflecting the devastating, unquantifiable loss to the arts due to AIDS. #LGBTplusHistoryMonth

All I'm gonna say is that it's recognised often that St Nick's is incredibly important to the ecosystem of the diocese, both missionally and pastorally, but we've been told unless we increase our parish share to 70k (an amount that's more than double our annual income) we won't get another priest.

From a space for cars to a place for people in one of my favourite client cities, Groningen Netherlands. Another powerful before-and-after transformation 1960s vs 2021. In recent years one of the city’s biggest challenges has been where to park all the bikes Seriously. A good problem to have.

Large central space in Groningen Netherlands used for surface car parking in the 1960’s, then transformed back into a thriving people place with movable tables and chairs.

I heard an equally challenging sermon on a similar theme today and it spoke well to me. They said God came in human form to remind us it is good to be human. I'd never thought of that before and offer it back as an encouragement on your thoughts.
