Muskeljudentum, or muscle Jewry, sought to create the “New Jew” — a virile, violent, muscular warrior — as opposed to the “Jews of Old”, who they saw as weak, backwards, pathetic (after all — how else would they suffer through antisemitism?) It was rooted heavily in white supremacist ideals.
