in the first place. He always put others first and himself second and the care he gave people was infectious. I won't ever forget him. He meant the world to everyone around him, family and friends. As for me, i was everything to him. I can't stop crying over him to the point my face is sore..

Losing my boyfriend hurts. Finding out the news about his passing feels strange... i really miss him. I miss his voice, laughter, and the love he has given me. The fact he's made so many people happy around him and they enjoyed his positivity, it made me realize why i fell in love with him

Don't forget that you may know people going through it & burying their struggles deep. There's so much stigma surrounding mental health issues. Breaking down that wall of stigma is EVERYTHING. Start a conversation. Show folks they matter. Listen to them. You could make a life-changing difference.

-have been quiet lately
-never ask for help
-always seem happy
-come across as 'strong'
-seem to have it all 'figured out'
-are going through life transitions

Feels nice disassociating. Silent and quiet. It goes to show that sometimes when you're away, there are people who don't seem to notice you gone or care you're missing. Really makes you think that if i were to poof from the internet, these same individuals will never know i disappeared.
