I memory-holed Sean McElwee to 2018 and missed his exit from Data for Progress. Shocking that he’d had have (self serving, I’d say) takes on prediction markets.

From Wikipedia: McElwee left the firm in November 2022 amidst allegations of gambling on election results and artificially manipulating polling results to affect races that he had bet money on. Additionally,
it has been reported McElwee had inquired among his employees about having them participate in an illegal straw donor scheme.
Senior members of Data for Progress informed McElwee that they would resign en masse, if he did not step down as the firm's executive director. In a statement reported by Puck,
McElwee said he would start a new organization in support of implementing the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

Stay in the right third of the lane, but also allow space between you and parked vehicles and avoid the middle of the lane. Ignore the fact that the right third of the lane is also typically covered in gravel, sticks, and garbage.

Position Is important
E-bike/moped drivers are entitled to use a full lane. However, it is advised that riders should try to stay in the right-third of the lane because e-bikes/mopeds are slower vehicles.
Use the left-third of the lane when you know you can keep up with traffic. The advantage is that you're more visible to drivers in front of and behind you. It also gives you a better view of the road ahead. The right-third keeps you farther away from the dangers of faster-moving traffic, but it makes you harder to see. Avoid riding in the center of a lane; oil and grime build up there, causing slippery road conditions.

KNOW ADDITIONAL HAZARDS
There are many hazards to look out for when riding your e-bike/moped. It's fun to ride your e-bike/moped, but one mistake could result in an accident that could cause injury or death Maintain a positive attitude and drive only when you are alert and physically fit. This will help you avoid accidents and get more enjoyment out of riding.
Motorists may force you off the road or cause you to stop suddenly. Although you have the same right to the road as motorists, don't dispute the right of way. Remember, the e-bike/ moped is small, and motorists may not see you. Also, sometimes motorists have difficulty judging an e-bike/moped's speed.
Car doors opening may hit you or force you into traffic. Search and scan ahead for parking or parked cars. Look for people in cars, front wheels turning toward the street, and taillights. If you see a car door opening, or a vehicle leaving the curb, don't swerve suddenly to the left. Instead, slow down and signal with your hand that you are stopping. If it is safe to pass, look behind to be sure other vehicles aren't passing you, then signal a left turn with your hand, blow your horn and move to the left-third of your lane (if it is clear). Allow space between your e-bike/moped and the parked vehicle, just in case you are not seen or heard.

September 11 attacks, an urban legend began that the dedication had actually read "This film is dedicated to the brave Mujahideen fighters of Afghanistan" when the film was released in theaters, but then changed to "the gallant people of Afghanistan" after the 2001 attacks, since one of the Mujahideen fighters, Osama
Bin Laden, went on to create Al-Qaeda who were heavily involved in the September 11th attacks. Al-Qaeda then had the opportunity to grow into an Islamic terrorist extremist group under the protection of the Taliban government. This urban legend has been repeated by some scholars. However, this is untrue, and some reviews of the film upon its release even mentioned the "gallant people of Afghanistan" dedication.

Here’s mid-June to mid-July for the last two years. Energy usage is almost identical and while my bill did increase 35%, that is obviously not close to tripled. This is really easy to verify by looking at a bill.

17 years since the original implementation date just makes it look like an unnecessary change.

Congress passed the REAL ID Act in 2005 after the 9/11 attacks in 2001 as a way to bolster security screenings at airports. Most of the 9/11 hijackers boarded commercial planes using fraudulent U.S. driver's licenses and state IDs.
The law was originally intended to go into effect in 2008 but has been delayed several times.

There is a link in the article that has a good explanation of the fan coils. Fans blow air across heated or cooled coils. I assume they are using floor mount units since they replaced radiators. They’ll look similar to this.
