I was a 30 year old high school teacher on 9/11. Please miss me forever on talk about how it "united" us. I spent the year fighting with casually islamophic coworkers (teachers!) and principals who were staging classroom "anthrax drills." It brought out the worst in the worst people.

If you mess with a cis person’s hormones they develop gender dysphoria, as seen by men with low testosterone. All of those masculine/feminine traits are just the result of hormones that we now have the ability to manipulate.

This is a post about #trans / #transgender people and people’s inability to accept them. I think a lot of #cis people are uncomfortable with the reality that what makes them externally/visibly and internally/proprioceptionly a man or woman is a set of hormones and how they interact with our bodies.

What I like best about the Artemis II photos is that it was taken by actual humans. An actual person had to frame it and manually adjust settings. It's their own artistic rendition of what they thought looked best at the time, something no probe, rover or unmanned spacecraft can take. it's art

I have been receiving reports and evidence of First Nations people being racially targeted, assaulted, and detained by the federal agency Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE). We want to remind our members to be safe and proactive by carrying with you at a minimum your tribal identification cards or a copy of your degree of Indian Blood. Our tribal identification affirms our citizenship and political status.
Our Nation is a sovereign government and our members are not immigrants. We are not subject to immigration enforcement on our own lands. Any federal activity within our boundaries must recognize and respect our tribal sovereignty, treaty obligations, and established jurisdictional boundaries. Any ICE presence or activity within our lands is not authorized, not welcome, and will be addressed. Unauthorized personnel will be escorted off our lands.
