Humbled by the overwhelmingly positive reaction to our new single Inland Empire - its been wonderful To be so favourably compared to R.E.M. in a week everyone has been celebrating Lifes Rich Pageant's 40th is crazy. Its maybe a lesson to ask 'what would Mike Mills do' more often when writing 🤣

Re my last post. No, it isn't this. This is great. Contains that really charming version of the old Clique/REM tune (depending on where you first heard it) that was doing the rounds earlier in the year. Investigate the hell out of this on Bandcamp.

Just fucking wow. The Sundays, The Smiths, REM with a little Beautiful South sprinkled on. Might own my turntable for AT LEAST a week and be a regular guest star. It jangles, it reverbs, it’s soft without being either Spurs or Twee. Get it on your HiFI!

Shapes Like People. Under the Rainbow. Totally would.

Done! This is the ultimate kind of spring-time music for me. It has the right amount of energy, I love the vocal harmonies of Kat and Carl and, while the sound is overall very light, they are not afraid to talk about more serious and mature topics in their lyrics. Loved it! Highest recommendation!
