I was away from the community and didn't draw at all for four months at the start of 2023. This was my comeback piece. So many feelings attached to it. I'll likely go back and edit it a bit at some point. Til then here's a lil something from March 2023 for #TakeTwoTuesday. #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath 🧡

Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. Ed is carrying Stede bridal style. Stede's hand is on Ed's shoulder. Ed is in his leathers with a full beard. Stede is in a frilled teal suit. They're sharing a little smooch.

Watercolour doodle page with summer themed gentlebeard drawings. First one has Ed melting into a puddle while Stede brings ice cream. The second has Ed applying aloe Vera gel to stedes nose after he burnt it. The last has Ed and Stede ready for a day at the beach. Ed is carrying a parasol and tote bag while Stede carries towels. Stede is also wearing flippers

Drawing of Haughty Attendant from Our Flag Means Death. He's got a curly white powder wig on with four matching curls on either side of his temple. His natural brown hair is peeking under the wig on his nape. He has a large bow around his neck and a puckered judgy expression on his heavily made up face.

sleepies 🧡🏴‍☠️💤 #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath

Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. They're both asleep in a pile of blankets and pillows. Ed is asleep on Stede's chest. Stede's arms are around Ed's shoulders, one hand cupping his head. They're both wearing frilly nightshirts.

Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. Ed is asleep on his back. His hair is spread out on the pillow, one arm is bent so that his fingers are curled and tucked up against his face. His other arm, mostly out of view, is raised and bent behind his head and under his hair. He's wearing a shirt that's bunched up around his torso. His mouth is open slightly to suggest he's snoring. Stede is tucked into Ed's side, lying on his stomach. He's shirtless and somewhat glowing in the early morning light. He's smiling a little bit, enough to pop a dimple, probably in that space between sleep and waking. He likes morning sounds; birds, the stray beach cat that's adopted them scratching on the door, Ed's deep rumbling snores.

Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. They're both sleeping on their stomachs. Ed is sleeping on Stede's back. Stede's night shirt is rucked up around his waist, exposing his butt. But Ed's arm is covering up most of it.

Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. They're sleeping. Ed is the little spoon as Stede is draped over his back. They're loosely holding each other's wrists. Stede is sleeping with his mouth open. Ed is smiling in his sleep.

Just a warm-up sketch, they said, five hours ago. Had to sneak this one in for #DrawStedeBonnet. #ofmd #ofmdfanart

An illustration by Samm of Stede Bonnet dressed in a blue baby doll dress with a lace up, corseted bodice and lots of lace trimming. Stede's posed with one hand popping out near his hip, the other touching the pearls around his neck. He's wearing thigh high stockings with purple garters and gold pumps. On his fingers are an array of rings and his freckled skin is just slighly flushed around his shoulders, chest, and cheeks. His blond hair is a bit tousled. He's gazing back at the viewer.

Ed leaves the store with a boyfriend and four bags of face cream. Everyone thank @roximonoxide.bsky.social for adopting this excellent use of my free time! 🥰 #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath

A comic starring Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. It's set on a modern sidewalk outside a face cream and sundries store named Bonnet's Beauts. Ed has stopped to read a chalk sign that says "Ask me about my facials!" He snort laughs and then sees Stede waving like an idiot at him through the store window. Ed is instantly in love because they're both ridiculous. He looks at the sign again. It's zoomed in on "FACIALS". Cuts back to Ed who is smiling like a slut with a slutty mustache curled at the edges while he waves back with slutty twiddling fingers.

Much of what I'm working on is not ready for sharing yet (the collabs are totally worth the wait, I promise!) but this drawing was a self-indulgent trip into an au that will probably never live anywhere but inside my brain. The artist will answer questions at this time. #ofmdfanart #ofmd

A drawing of Rhys Darby as Stede Bonnet from the hit tv show Our Flag Means Death dressed in green with a turquoise bow tie and a mustard coloured apron. Stede has a lush beard that matches his gorgeous locks. He's smiling at the viewer, a glow emanating from his stupid, sunshiney face. He stands behind a bar with his hands on the counter. There's a glimpse of text and drawing on the green background. Bottles line the shelf behind him. Carvings adorn the wood bar and shelving. Two poorly drawn stools stand in the forground.

this is my favorite "Mary and Ed meet and talk about Stede" fanart

a screenshot of a tumblr post by acianoh. It's a black and white sketched comic with three panels: the first two of Ed saying, "One time he made me cum so hard... I literally blacked out for a minute." The last panel is Mary with a completely disbelieving look on her face and the text "??? Stede??" Underneath the comic the text says "Ed and Mary drinking buddies"

Fanart of Fisherman Ed out in his boat (named REVENGE) fishing, enjoying a sandwich in while the sun sets. In the foreground, MerStede's arm sticks out of the water, holding a fish almost like an offering. Ed is surprised and confused with a mouth full of sandwich. Ed has no fish in his basket and MerStede wanted to help the pretty human with starlight hair. Ed's boat has garlands hanging on his boat in the trans flag colors. A painted purple tentacle in on the front of the boat near his bunny plushie named Wolfy. He has two fishing rods set up, both slack and one with a duck bobber. Ed wears a longs sleeve blue shirt and purple pants, with a white and pink bucket hat. The sky is in pinks and purples with the clouds being various shades of being purple and pink. This is art for OFMD MerMay event.

He’s wearing a black crop top, tight black jeans, a folded scarf around his neck patterned like the depression robe, a black cowboy hat, and a rodeo belt. He has a short beard, which he usually doesn’t in this AU, but that’s what I was feeling. Just accept it. It’s hot. He’s standing with his arms crossed and his legs spread and is pouting.
