So so so happy to have been part of this campaign to keep streets safe and healthy and not waste £2.5m of public funds ripping out a popular LTN. Thank you to everyone who has given their time and money to make this happen.

Two million children are struggling with talking and understanding words in the UK. So, why has the Government stopped a successful early years programme which is helping children's speech and language development and confidence? #EYPDP
A turquoise graphic with a rounded black border. A large quote in bold black and teal text reads: “I just feel as though since I’ve done this course, everything’s more calm; I’m calm and it’s just letting [the child] know that I’m noticing what [they are] doing, praising expected behaviour, using [their] name a lot and it really seems to be working. It’s using language that supports their behaviour and wellbeing, that makes them feel like they’re important that really struck a chord with me.”

One reason the revolt on disability benefits is looking so substantial is the line being used to defend it lacks any integrity. To claim that the purpose of cutting PIP - a non-means tested benefit - is to help people back into work requires saying something untrue.

Reports in put death toll higher than 100 people with many children among those killed by Israeli attacks As we mentioned in the opening post, there were ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas in Qatar, which has acted as a mediator throughout the war, on Saturday. With the launch of Operation Gideon’s Chariots in Gaza, led with great force by IDF command, the Hamas delegation in Doha announced a return to negotiations on a hostage deal, contrary to the intransigent stance they had taken up until that moment.
