It's so good! I liked "this carve-out in the boat is for the harpoon-thrower to put his thigh in so he can lean" 🤯

what UX research told ESPN that sports fans want the "looking ahead to the offseason" notification 0.02 seconds after their team is eliminated? Are there sickos who like this???

America, if tonight is your first time hearing Lou Merloni... welcome to Red Sox nation 😊

How are things going? I just used CMake to convert a semver string to a hexadecimal and pass it as a compiler define, and that dosn't crack the top 10 most cursed things I read this week.

Screamo Friday is a proud tradition in my home. Some of these "metalcore" playlists on Spotify are super soft though. Gimme a band recommendation!

No, hadn't, really interesting! Resonates... when I was using inatagram more, I found out about LaRussell and Lawrence through reels. This is making me wanna go pick up a SPIN magazine.

is "Dear Maria, Count Me In" the official song of the A's or something? I've heard it at least 3 times during the Sox game tonight (not a complaint!).

Found a Dunkin card from 2017 (forgotten Christmas gift tucked in a book). Redeeming it in the app just worked. Should be unremarkable but I 100% expected it to fail. Shout out to simple, boring, reliable tech stuff that works 🥰

Hard to overstate how universally loved the Bears are where I'm from. More than any other sports team, celebrity, food, music genre, etc. People who say "I don't really watch sports" know what happened in the Bears game last night, know who Caleb Williams is. They belong here. This sucks.
