Whenever I open a Word document at work, the AI summary has already been carried out, waiting for me above the top of the page and effectively short-circuiting my thinking. I can't turn it off. Tech company ROIs depend on gen AI being forced into everything we use whether we want it or not.

Just learnt that the almost 25 year old Libqual+ is being discontinued. Really interesting to see what will happen. The survey IMHO is aging badly but they have unmatched rich data to benchmark against (you can see every single institution who ever did libqual back to 2000)..... (1)
