That's fair. I'm hoping this is a lot of bluster to get a new Seahawks owner to see the value of 30 guaranteed dates. It would be a damned shame for them to move.

Sounderatheart has the club value at $900 million. I don't think anyone is buying in to put 1.5 billion (I'm adding that 800 million to the 780 million that NYCFC spent on their stadium) down. If we move, even with new ownership, I don't think it's going to be into a 30k seat stadium.

I am pretty sure it's build capacity vs. site lines. Adrian offhand said something about "if someone wants donate 800 mil, we can go 32k". NYCFC topped out around 25k and the are a nation state in spending. I'm going to guess above that is another tier of seating/infrastructure.
