I've been learning lots of Unreal Engine and, as someone who started w/ music and has slowly worked towards understanding how to make things do the things you want them to, I firmly believe you'd be capable of picking it up. It's just the patience required and finding the right learning materials.

I find making new music templates therapeutic in a sense. It's also nice that I know this is going to be the template I use for the game I'm dev'ing. Can't wait to eventually be able to share stuff, but that won't be for a long while.

Been going through Stephen Ulibarri's Unreal Engine BP Course more and was curious about how much more performant it is to cache off the values from a Cast? (i.e. Cast to Character Component -> Promote to Variable -> Recall the variable vs. reusing and calling the cast again)
