I had dental work done recently, and today I was finally cleared to eat regular foods again! 🥰

An 'angel on the shoulder' congratulates someone on getting their sutures out and being able to eat normal solid foods again.
A 'devil on the shoulder' asks what they're going to treat themselves with.
The dumb dog does a Dreamworks smirk and replies, "choccy pudding," which distresses the onlookers on their shoulder.

I love that arched entrance to a designer bar and grill on Cambridge Trinity Street. I'm glad it has been preserved or rebuilt because it became quite dilapidated years ago. Money does have its uses. Next door was Jaegar, now The Ivy Brasserie. All these flashy and expensive places would have been quite alienating to me coming to Cambridge now instead of simpler times in 1974 when pubs were scruffy and cheap.
