I went on the Canary Wharf to Rotherhithe Pier ferry on the weekend. It cost £4.10 and took seven minutes from tap in to tap out (longer when you include waiting for the ferry to arrive). It's mad that this country can't build a bridge from one of its major financial centres to a nearby suburb.

Quite easily, really. Decent men will stay out, as they always have, so we can assume all who don't are a threat, given their disregard for women's and girls' safety, privacy and dignity.
Photographing, reporting and disseminating such men's images online will be a piece of cake.

I have nothing against drivers. I just don’t think it’s OK for some to decide rules are for other people. And I find it baffling that so many drivers who purport to be law-abiding want to make that argument.

Tower Hamlets says Victoria Park closes at dusk but this is an hour before dusk???? Also, imo, parks should not close at night, but if they have to dusk is such a rubbish choice in the UK given how early it gets. It should be dusk or like 8pm, whichever is later.
