The scarcity of the President's Daily Briefings comes as he pursues high-stakes diplomacy with America's friends and foes.
In much of his first term, Trump met with intel officials twice a week for the briefing, which provides the intelligence community's summary of the most pressing national security challenges facing the nation.
The low number of briefings this time around is troubling to many in and around the intelligence community, who were already concerned about Trump's act-first-evaluate-after approach to governing.

The Syrian Arabic word for a hamster is أبو جراب (abu jrab), where jrab refers to a pouch/saddlebag/tote. And abu often means “father of,” but can also function as a general honorific (like “mister”). So it’s not too big a stretch to say the Syrian Arabic word for a hamster means “Mister Saddlebags”

I'm really sick of the dems' signature move - let tragedy happen, then beg for money to "stop it". If they intended to stop anything, they should have made some REAL moves while they had control of congress, instead of waiting until it's too late, and using the disaster for more fundraising.
