The US claims to have captured a foreign head of state and have indicted him, and his wife, in a US court in New York-- that second part, the indictment, is not the norm for American presidents, who usually just kidnap, kill, torture, and illegally jail people on foreign soil to avoid US courts.

And by the way, section 6200 also makes it a crime to "secrete" a public record. Meaning if officials hide records, without a valid exemption under PRA, it is actually a crime, not just a civil matter. If we ever get a progressive city attorney, DA, or AG, they could prosecute corrupt officials.
