I think I'm angry that they were so casual about it. That they didn't seem to register how gross and immoral it was. And that maybe they never will. I think I just have a desire for them to understand what they did and that it eroded my sense of reality and safety

I should have guarded myself better but I thought if we all talked it out it would resolve. That's a false assumption, according to my therapist, that everyone wants to talk things out. They just messed with me instead. So I need to grief the loss of expectation, along with betrayal and mistrust

I hate this city, the police are militarized and treat people like enemies at war, I'm not Black but I just had another discussion with another autistic person about the police here and how getting pulled over is so fucking scary. He has trouble processing in those situations and can't respond
