After playing the Belmont's Curse demo I feel very confident that this game will review well but basically no one will care about it in a few months because its mid as hell and doesn't get the games its trying to be like just like the Ninja Gaiden and Shinobi reboots.

There isn't much of an actual video game to the Project Dream leak, but in motion the visuals are insane. Most PS1 and Saturn games that lean on prerendered graphics this much don't look this good.

Man the Ocarina of Time remake sure does look like dog shit and every gameplay change they mentioned sure sounds worse than the original. The environment also looks so much less readable, everything just blends together in oily hazy soup that I feel like itll make basic navigation more annoying.

Just unlocked the magic horse in Mistria and I am really glad thats how you get a horse instead of doing the logical thing and buying a horse for your farm. Not annoyed at all I have a horse in a barn that occasionally drops a crafting material I will never use instead of riding it

Watching the new Final Fantasy Resonance trailer just reminds me how much more I like the direction Octopath went with its visuals than the other HD 2D games. So much of the environment in Resonance and DQ 1-3 are just textured and rendered normally instead of everything having pixel textures.
