it's a decent start~ muscle's about 1.06 kg per liter (which is 1/1000th of a cubic meter), so 4500 kg is about 4.24 m^3 a solid cube of muscle 3 m tall is 27 m^3, which would weigh ~28600 kg (or 31.5 tons) someone who weighed *that* much would probably be a lot wider cuz of negative space though...
