Well this just arrived in the mail 💖 from Stina Marie Claire (aka Honeyblood) 🎶

Album cover “a souvenir of a terrible year” by Stina Marie Claire, artwork features an old-fashioned TV showing static. It’s signed “to Liz love Stina”

I’ve just scheduled the release of my new Insider Nine track “Alive”. 17th November!

Artwork for “Alive” is a sunset sky over a thin strip of ocean. You can’t see the shape of the sun, and the clouds in the sky make it look textured

Discovered Logic Pro’s ability to save alternative versions of a project, this could be a life-saver!

Didn’t even realise these exist but I’m glad of it! I hate it when people socialise but say “don’t worry, I tested negative for COVID” when they’re obviously absolutely sick as a dog with something

I really hope Suella Braverman watches Ted Lasso. And I hope she doesn’t think it’s being complimentary about her.

Why don't more bands do fitted Ts in their merch stores? I would buy so many more if they existed

How do I send Mark Hamill a Bluesky invite code without posting on TwiXter? 🤔

Planning the release of a recent song I recorded (given up on idea of waiting for a whole EP, it’ll take me a year!) Looking for advice on how to make it as successful as possible. I think Spotify have some articles, but what other things do you recommend, oh lovely Bluesky people?

Happy 75th birthday NHS. Countless lives saved. Hope given to the hopeless. Existences transformed & made better. The greatest idea the UK ever had. The more they work to destroy it, the more you realise how absolutely essential it is. Thank you NHS.

Should I upgrade from Garageband to Logic? Or will I just spend forever learning my way around and not actually making any music?

Thinking about doing a Twitch stream. Haven’t done one in ages, but realised it’d be a way to show folks a new song that isn’t ready for release yet (especially if I wait and put it out as part of an EP) but I can’t wait for y’all to hear it!

So when I view the feed I'm thinking: 💿 What albums are folks listening to and talking about at the moment? 💿 What albums could I be reminded of or discover for the first time? 💿 What's something new I could learn about an album I'm familiar with? 💿 What album releases are out or coming soon?

I have a batch of songs (probably 4 - maybe I’d call it an EP) mostly written and partially recorded. Should I finish recording all of them, then mix them all, or record & mix one song, then move on to the next? What works best for you?
