They're going to wipe out the rpg maker forums to promote their new one? The rpg maker forums are like 20 years of history and help for people using their software. Every time I struggled making something for Look Outside, I found an old thread on those forums to help. Extremely hostile of them.

I completely forgot about this piece and honestly am not sure I can explain whatever my thought process was with it anymore but I do still like the way the ice looks....

digital art showing waist-up young woman in repose in a stone coffin, covered by a pane of translucent material, suspended in liquid. she has gold piercings and brown hair with bleached ends, and her neck and arms appear to have protective armoring on them. there are deep cracks in the stone around her, and the coffin is set in ice that is also cracking and beginning to encroach on the coffin's glass covering

They’re trying to build a data center next to the Nashville Zoo Petition here, if you’re so inclined: c.org/KxhXznzBcD

Screenshot from facebook:

Nashville Zoo

We're asking our community to stand with us in protecting the animals, habitats, people and future of Nashville Zoo.
A proposed 69,000-square-foot data center is planned for property directly adjacent to the Zoo. While developers claim the facility will have no impact, no environmental studies or impact assessments have been conducted to evaluate potential effects on our animals, visitors, staff, or the surrounding community.
Data centers consume enormous amounts of electricity and water; straining power grids, depleting natural resources, and damaging our watershed. With nothing more than the word of a profit-seeking developer, how are we to know this new data center will not lead to irreversible damage to the animals we exist to protect?
We cannot afford to find out years from now how this facility has negatively impacted our 1.4 million annual visitors, our local community, or the 3,000 animals entrusting us with their care. We are calling on the Nashville community to join us in our fight to stop this data center from being built, now.
Please sign our petition and say yes to the Zoo by saying no to the new data center

Includes photos of a big cat at the zoo and a photo showing how close the data center would be to the zoo

And oh, if you want to see-- Go on and tear it out of me [ #lamentart #lamenos #ffxivart ]

Digital illustration of my Warrior of Light Lament (a viera with dark grey skin and dark blue hair, wearing a loose off-white shirt with voluminous sleeves tight around the wrist, and a rough take on the Estoqueur's Bottoms and Atrophy Thighboots) and Zenos in the white coat outfit from Shadowbringers patches. They are posed as if dancing, Zenos dipping Lament, who has a leg hooked around the garlean's thigh. One of Lament's hands reaches behind Zenos to support himself on zir back, the other resting loosely at his waist. Zenos is supporting Lament with one hand at his waist, the other raised and holding the viera's heart. Lament's loose shirt hangs open, showing his chest cavity and broken ribs shot through with veins of crystal, blood running across his dark skin and staining his shirt and long hair. Despite this, he is grinning up at Zenos, even with blood on his lips. Zenos smiles faintly down at him. Behind them lies indistinct ruins, illuminated by the glow of fire that lights the pair.

Digital art of Lament, a viera with dark grey skin and dark blue hair, and Zenos. Lament leans over Zenos, tilting her head back with one hand on the back of her head and the other holding her jaw, thumb and forefinger gripping to hold her mouth open. Zenos holds onto his neck and hip, looking up at him with an unreadable expression. Dark, oily ichor drips like tears from Lament's eye and coats his hands, more still smeared around his mouth and coating from his lips and tongue. Behind his head is a three-ringed golden halo shape, the center being solid pale yellow-white; the same oily ichor from his hands and mouth coats and drips down the rings and center of the halo. It drips from Lament's mouth down to Zenos', landing on her outstretched tongue.

Only to cry all alone, your taste on tongue-- (Oh where have you been, when it hurts to be forgiving?) [cw: non-sexual nudity, blood / character's pronouns are he/him]

Digital art of my Warrior of Light Lament, a grey-skinned viera with blue hair and pale silver eyes. His lower legs and fingers are pale and stone-like due to light corruption, and there are various scars scattered about his body. There is blood smeared on the lower half of his face and his chest between his breasts.
He is reclining nude on a stone platform, head hanging back over the edge so his hair falls onto a cracked stone floor. One of his hands rests on his stomach, while the other hangs near his head, covered in blood and holding a purple gemstone pendant with the cord wrapped around his wrist. His expression is listless, a tear streaming down the side of his face.
In the background there are red curtains, draping over the stone and pooling on the floor. Blood puddles on the floor just across from where Lament lays from an unknown source.

Sometimes, when you cannot play the new bug game because the system on which you are playing needs to charge, you instead draw your oc as a bug. And then proceed to come up with a whole bunch of lore and story for them. As one does.

Drawing of my original character Lament as a Hollow Knight-esque character. He is intended to be a moth warrior, wearing dark armor on his abdomen and wielding a great nail. He has dark blue fuzz around his head and shoulders, and his cape/wings are a purple-blue color. Instead of the more typical mask, his face is obscured bey a veil attached to a circlet, and there is similar fabric draped over his waist.

Sheet containing references of Hollow Knight characters Quirrel & Grimm as well as enemy models as well as one shot of the Blue Lake, and references of Lucatiel of Mirrah from Dark Souls 2. Hi, I'm Vi! I'm pretty much always drawing or writing and sometimes, I actually finish a thing. I focus primarily on my viera WoL Lament, but I've got a small batch of ocs I babble about and build lore for. While this account is primarily FFXIV as it'a my current fixation, it'a not exclusively so.

art of my warrior of light lament, a viera with dark grey skin & long blue hair. he is depicted kneeling in a cream colored dress that hangs off his shoulders, with a pale halo and ring of swords behind his head. one hand is cupped under an anatomical heart at the center of his chest, the other raised with a dagger pointed at the heart.

digital illustration of Haurchefant Greystone and my viera Warrior of Light Lament, redrawing the scene from Adolescence of Utena where Utena and Anthy dance in the flooded rose garden. Haurchefant is dressed in Utena's black and white duelist attire while Lament is wearing Anthy's Rose Bride dress from the movie. They are smiling gently at each other under a starlit sky, footsteps causing ripples in the water as roses and rose petals drift past

rough bust sketch of stephanivien de haillenarte from ffxiv, grinning broadly

They were talking. She could see their lips moving, hear them as if through a wall of water-- but the words were indistinct, growing only more garbled as she approached. She stopped when Lament's pale gaze fell on her, a familiar weight of loneliness and sorrow, freezing her in place until he at last turned away.

The woman smiled at her, warm and bright, though with its own sadness. She reached out a hand, saying something-- a greeting, a welcoming, a farewell-- but the words died before they could reach Ysayle's ears. She continued to speak as Ysayle reached for her outstretched hand, bathed in the gentle glow of the Mothercrystal, radiating a majesty and authority one could not help but be drawn to. Their fingers touched, and there was a spark, a sensation of warmth blooming in Ysayle's chest, and she tried to speak, to ask the woman a question—
