Final Destiny 2 update has me thinking about my old ocs. I've been talking about them a little bit on my other account, but might as well share some of my old scribbles of them over here.

A proposed 69,000-square-foot data center is planned for property directly adjacent to the Zoo. While developers claim the facility will have no impact, no environmental studies or impact assessments have been conducted to evaluate potential effects on our animals, visitors, staff, or the surrounding community.
Data centers consume enormous amounts of electricity and water; straining power grids, depleting natural resources, and damaging our watershed. With nothing more than the word of a profit-seeking developer, how are we to know this new data center will not lead to irreversible damage to the animals we exist to protect?
We cannot afford to find out years from now how this facility has negatively impacted our 1.4 million annual visitors, our local community, or the 3,000 animals entrusting us with their care. We are calling on the Nashville community to join us in our fight to stop this data center from being built, now.

Sometimes, when you cannot play the new bug game because the system on which you are playing needs to charge, you instead draw your oc as a bug. And then proceed to come up with a whole bunch of lore and story for them. As one does.

Drawing of my original character Lament as a Hollow Knight-esque character. He is intended to be a moth warrior, wearing dark armor on his abdomen and wielding a great nail. He has dark blue fuzz around his head and shoulders, and his cape/wings are a purple-blue color. Instead of the more typical mask, his face is obscured bey a veil attached to a circlet, and there is similar fabric draped over his waist.

Also found some old design stuff inspired by a Drawfee episode of Dark Souls characters in the Hollow Knight style or vice versa, though I never got around to finishing the illustration I'd planned to do with it.

Sheet containing references of Hollow Knight characters Quirrel & Grimm as well as enemy models as well as one shot of the Blue Lake, and references of Lucatiel of Mirrah from Dark Souls 2. The bottom of the page includes a few rough design sketches, one cleaner sketch, and then a finished illustration of the artist's interpretation of Lucatiel as if she were in the Hollow Knight art style/universe.
