I am so frustrated with my hands today. Nothing feels different, but i keep dropping things and losing my grip. Even typing this is hard and I've made a lot of mistakes. Lot a negative self talk I'm trying to fight. Fuck nerve damage. 😩 #disability

I had to force her out of my life because she was a taker she was high maintenance & I wanted to help her so i made choices around her 'needs', picking where we lived to suit her, accommodating her over myself or our other partner. I lost so much of myself. Looking 4 me now. Lol

That's sort of what started the end of my last relationship. She still doesn't realize she turned away and never looked back, just saw the people who had been family for 6 years as "holding her back". I am glad you're better. 💙 Being second to strangers really hurts.

So keenly aware my ex was a narcissist. 6 years i worked and she didn't. Surgery, drama, family, and her multiple addictions. She kicked my door in! I was hurt and working and needed her to reciprocate. That is all i asked. Again, some of you i know still engage with her. Be careful!

I dont have active neural bandwidth and dopamine-driven executive function. My brain is literally being signaled to rest, slow down, and conserve energy to handle the fact I am waiting on two spinal fusions (likely I'll need 2 more) I try so hard to be my old self. It's practically impossible.

i get that depression isn't glamorous. It's sometimes hard to look at myself from the outside. I am always yelling "move! Live! Go!" I am on medication to slow my nervous system. It's like wading through thick syrup to think and function.

I love my Lily. I took care of her through years of homelessness, herniated my spine a few times caring for her. The person who claimed to own her abandoned Lily, but Lily is doing so much better without their energy that person used to bring. It's so much quieter

Tried making a cake...

I tried making a Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, and this was supposed to be the base for it.
It was even supposed to be a bit on the healthier side, so I substituted the sugar for a 1200 pill pack of those calorie free cofee sweetener tablets.
It was in the oven for maybe 7 minutes at the reccomended temperature and turned out like this.
Did this happen because 1 misread 2 tea spoons of baking soda for 2 table spoons or was I just unlucky and used a bad recepie?
