You want to make a company efficient you bring in lean efficiency experts to go through every inch of the company. You then implement at the employee level new efficient practices for work. It’s called lean manufacturing standards and can be applied to anything.

A star cluster within a nebula. The background is filled with thin, pale blue clouds. Parts are thicker and pinker in colour. The cluster is made up of bright blue stars that illuminate the nebula around them.
