Évolution des règles pour demander un changement de prénom La demande de changement de prénom, pour un majeur ou un mineur de plus de 13 ans, devra être accompagnée d'un document indiquant l'inscription ou l'absence d'inscription au Fijaisv ou au Fijait. De plus, lorsque le demandeur dispose d'un acte de naissance étranger, il devra justifier, sauf exception, que le prénom demandé est identique à celui figurant dans son acte de naissance étranger. Un décret doit préciser les conditions d'application de ces dispositions. C'est ce que prévoit la loi n° 2026-667 du 27 juillet 2026 visant à renforcer la sécurité, la rétention administrative et la prévention des risques d'attentat c Par ailleurs, à partir du Jer octobre 2026, la procédure d'apposition de la mention d'une décision judiciaire de changement de prénom sur les actes de l'état civil est simplifiée. C'est ce que prévoit le décret nº2026-683 du 27 juillet 2026 dit « Magicobus III ». Dans l'attente, les informations présentées sur cette fiche restent valables.

Right, so video game company stocks are crashing because the power of AI supposedly renders them irrelevant. Meanwhile, Microsoft and Oracle stocks are crashing because they spent too much on AI and the market knows they'll never make a return. The economy is absolutely hosed
